Dolphin Stairlifts

Sales Advice

Never buy a stairlift from someone who tries to make you buy that day.

If you are getting several quotations, make sure they are 'like for like' quotes ie: same model, age etc.

If you are buying a new or re-conditioned stairlift from someone who does not manufacture, make sure they are approved suppliers. They may be unable to obtain new parts if not.

Check what is included in the warranty, eg: does '24 hour call-out' mean call out attendance 24 hours a day, or within 24 hours?

Are you paying too much?
